  • CV Validation: The uploaded PDF is analyzed using the Text Classifier node to verify it meets the criteria of a valid CV. If invalid, the applicant is prompted to reupload their CV.
  • Data Extraction with AI: A Language Learning Model (LLM) node processes the validated CV to extract relevant applicant information. The original job posting is referenced to ensure the extracted data aligns with the job requirements.
  • Data Integration with ATS: Extracted applicant data is sent to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for further processing. In the demo setup, Airtable is used to store applicant information along with their CVs.
  • Prefilled Application Form: A second n8n form trigger presents the applicant with an application form that is prefilled with the extracted data. Applicants can review and amend the information as needed before submission.
